Advance Option chain (AOC) Calculator (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the AOC Meet mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding how your data is collected, used, and safeguarded when using our video conferencing and webinar services.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide to Us

Account & Profile Information: When you sign up or log in, we may collect your name, email address, profile photo, and credentials.
Meeting Content & Chat: Text messages, notes, and file attachments sent within meeting chat sessions.

B. Audio, Video, and Screen Content

Real-Time Audio & Video Streams: To provide live video calls, webinars, and audio communication, your camera feed and microphone audio are transmitted in real time during active sessions.
Screen Sharing Data: If you choose to share your screen, the screen content is streamed to meeting participants via screen capture services.
Note: Live streams are processed in real time and are not saved or stored on our servers unless a meeting recording feature is explicitly enabled by the room host.

C. Automatically Collected Technical Data

Device & Connection Info: Device model, operating system version, IP address, connection speed, and network type (WiFi, Cellular).
WebRTC Performance Metrics: Packet loss, latency, audio/video frame rates, and bitrates used solely to optimize call quality and troubleshoot connection errors.

D. Local Data Storage

Secure Local Storage: We use secure on-device storage (flutter_secure_storage and shared_preferences) to store authentication tokens, user preferences, and temporary session state.

2. Android Permissions We Request

To function properly, AOC Meet requires access to specific device hardware and capabilities:

Camera (CAMERA): Required to capture and broadcast your video during meetings and webinars.
Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO & MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS): Required to record and transmit your audio, adjust volume, and switch audio routes.
Screen Projection / Foreground Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PROJECTION): Required to allow you to share your screen with meeting attendees in real time.
Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH_CONNECT): Required to connect and route audio to wireless headsets, earbuds, or external speakers.
Network State (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE): Required to establish connections to our servers and manage media streaming stability.
Wake Lock (WAKE_LOCK): Keeps the screen active and active calls connected without sleeping during calls.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To Provide Core Services: Facilitating high-quality real-time video calls, audio streaming, screen sharing, and interactive chat.
To Maintain Session Security: Authenticating users, managing room access permissions, and preventing unauthorized access.
To Improve App Performance: Monitoring connection diagnostics, latency, and call quality to optimize WebRTC performance.
Customer Support: Responding to user support inquiries and technical issues.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertisers. We share data only with service providers critical to delivering the App:

LiveKit / WebRTC Infrastructure: Real-time media streaming traffic (encrypted video/audio streams) is routed through secure WebRTC/LiveKit media servers.
Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting: Backend authentication and API requests are hosted on secured cloud servers with encryption protocols.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information:

Encryption in Transit: All audio, video, screen share streams, and chat transmissions use end-to-end transport layer encryption (TLS, DTLS-SRTP).
Secure Local Storage: Sensitive authentication tokens are stored securely using device-level encryption.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Session Data: Meeting chat messages and temporary technical metrics are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill service operations.
Account & Data Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
To request account and data deletion, send an email to [[email protected]] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
Upon verification, we will permanently delete your account details and stored personal data within 30 days.

7. Children’s Privacy

AOC Meet is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data without consent, please contact us immediately.
